The VQTS project, co-ordinated by 3s, has developed an ECVET approach (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) that uses a system which gives a structured description of work-related competences and their acquisition (including Credit Points).

The VQTS model enhances transparency of vocational competences and in particular offers a solution for the description of the acquisition of work-related competences that could support the understanding between the world of education and the world of work.
