Study on occupations and skills taxonomies in PES and from private providers
The AMS (Austrian PES) commissioned a study on the usage of taxonomies of occupations and of skills and competences in 5 PES (Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden) to compare their approaches with the Austrian classifications on occupations as well as on skills and competences.
The AMS (Austrian PES) commissioned a study on the usage of taxonomies of occupations and of skills and competences in 5 PES (Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden) to compare their approaches with the Austrian classifications on occupations as well as on skills and competences.
The usage of the classifications within matching applications of the PES was analysed in-depth. During this study also the usage of standardised skills ontologies or at least lists as regards private suppliers of online job exchange in Austria and Germany were analysed and presented in an overview.
