Quality in Education and Training, Cases of Good Practice in Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education

This study, funded by the European Commission and the Austrian Council presidency, presents cases of good practice in quality assurance in order to show how quality assurance is already successfully implemented in national educational systems.

The study should be an active contribution to a cross-sectoral learning between VET and higher education as well as to national learning from the experiences made by different countries involved in the Bologna and Copenhagen processes. The study includes an article by Karin Messerer and Jörg Markowitsch (3s; additional co-authors: Kurt Sohm, Walter Balfe): "Quality Assurance in a System Perspective. Good practice from the Irish VET and the Austrian HE sector".
