The graduate benchmark allows a retrospective validation of the study program a person has graduated in through an individual feedback on the study program from the graduates. In the Benchmark the validation of the respective study program is compared with the validation of graduates from comparable study programs (comparison by topics and/or other indicators). The individual feedback includes: Feedback from graduates why they have chosen the respective study program, validation of the contents of the study program, structure and organisation of the study program,validation of internships and support of the diploma/bachelor or master thesis, occupational development and career prospects of graduates etc. This allows to compare the retrospective validation and labour market integration of the respective graduates with those graduates of other comparable study programs at universities of applied sciences.
