As a Transfer of Innovation project, ExPerO2EU was based on the results of the ExPerO and VQTS projects.
The ExPerO project elaborated a theoretical model and different instruments to assess and to assure quality in higher technical education. The VQTS project created a competence matrix to describe the development and profiles of competences in Mechatronics. ExPerO2EU sought to integrate the VQTS model in the ExPerO model as an instrument for evaluating competence development. ExPerO2EU was coordinated by Istituto Tecnico Industriale ‘Arturo Malignani’, the Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche – Università degli Studi di Trieste was responsible for scientific management.
