Evaluation of a study programme for becoming a mentor in teacher education and training

The Academy of Fine Arts in cooperation with the University of Applied Arts offers two school subject specific modules “Arts” and “Technical and textile work” as part of the university course “Mentoring: Professional support for career entry of teachers”.

As this is the first time the course is held, 3s has been commissioned to carry out an in-process evaluation of the two modules. The aim of the evaluation is to identify indications whether the developed school subject-specific modules cover the essential contents and expectations of the participants and if there is potential for optimisation from the participants’ point of view which can be considered in follow-up courses.
