Country specific thematic analysis of continuous vocational training on the basis of CVTS2 and modelling of CVT-structures (CVTS II revisited)

The goal of the project was to increase the quality of benchmarking in the field of Continuous Vocational Training. In order to reach this goal, the findings of the CVT-Survey were reanalysed for the background of national educational systems and business structures.

The main purpose of the project was to describe the influence of initiatives to foster CVT. The outcome of the used policy instruments had to be separated from other factors causing an increase or decrease of CVT. The results of the project were integrated into a counselling tool on the internet. The tool will provide information and instruments for self assessment for enterprises as well as providers of CVT and politicians dealing with questions of Vocational Training in a broader sense.
