Consultation of the Colombian Ministry of Education, Science and Culture in the further development of a National Qualifications Framework, the establishment of a tertiary education and vocational education and training system in Colombia

3s coordinated a consulting project for the Colombian Ministry of Education.

The project included the implementation of three capacity building seminars in the following areas:

1. National Qualifications Framework – a project in development;

2. Tertiary Education System – an approach for improving quality?;

3. Vocational Education and Training – Preparation for the Labour Market.

The aim of the capacity building seminars was to support the Ministry in the further development of the Colombian National Qualifications Framework, the establishment of a tertiary education system and the introduction of vocational education and training on tertiary level.

The project was implemented in cooperation with two external experts (Francisca Arbizu Echávarri and Patrick Werquin) and was done in Spanish.
