C.O.A.C.H. – COACHING SCHOOLS TO FACE CHANGE AHEAD
The project aimed at designing and conducting a blended Continuing Professional Development Programme in ten modules to introduce a new role in education: the ‘school coach’ who should strengthen quality processes, effective cooperation and well-being in schools through an individual and organisational development.

The main objective wasto support teachers in their professional development and, throughout the programme, to gain fresh perspectives on personal challenges, enhancing decision-making skills, greater interpersonal effectiveness, and increased confidence.
The project was coordinated by Liceo Scientifico Statale Augusto Righi (Italy), core partners were: Universo CLIL (Italy), Charlottenlund Upper Secondary School (Norway), Kauno Kolegija (Lithuania), Ozel Buyuk Koley Secondary School (Turkey), Liceu Tehnologic de Industrie Alimentara (Romania), The Performance Solution (UK), Northumbria University (UK), and 3s (Austria). 3s was research partner and responsible for quality assurance and evaluation of the project.
