The Austrian Labour Market Service (AMS) realises reitineratedly a questionnaire survey in Austrian enterprises with at least 20 employees. Every two years the respective more than 20.000 enterprises are contacted with a similar questionnaire.
The survey’s objective is to obtain an insight into the development of regional labour force demand and regional qualification demand. 3s Unternehmensberatung was responsible for coding the terms used to describe occupations and skills and competences within the questionnaire, for analysing the data and for preparing the report with all information on the survey
