The ‘European Vocational Skills Week 2017’ took place on 20-24 November 2017 in Brussels and was Europe’s second annual celebration of vocational education and training.

The mutual learning workshops took place between 6th and 8th of November in Bucharest, Romania.

What is the added value of ECVET (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) for individuals or institutions? This question was addressed by a wide spectrum of indiviual success stories that were presented in the Austrian ‛Brotfabrik Wien’ on 6 November 2017 in Vienna.

The European project ECVET-Lab addresses a big challenge: providing opportunities for laboratory workers  when it comes to recognizing and validating competences acquired in the workplace or through alternative learning pathways.

As part of the VARE ("Vocational Assessor Requirements in Europe") project, 3s organised a one-day dissemination workshop to discuss the topic of assessor requirements in the context of VET mobility.
