New website ‘Dual Study Programmes in Austria’ (Dual Studieren in Österreich)

The new Austrian platform www.dualstudieren.at offers information on dual study programmes at six Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences.

The term “dual study programme” describes the content and structural integration of at least two equivalent places of learning – higher education institutions and companies – for collectively designed training at university level. It provides information on dual study programmes in Austria as well as on the concept of dual study programmes in general. Moreover it presents a growing list of partner companies in dual study programmes.

The new platform was developed by the’ Plattform für Duale Studienangebote’ and comprises the FH JOANNEUM, the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, FH Vorarlberg, FH St. Pölten and the FH Technikum Wien. The Austrian Agency for Quality Assurance (AQ Austria) and 3s were also involved in the development process.
