From 28th to 30th October 2015 the first capacity building seminar “National Qualifications Frameworks – A project in Development” took place in Bogotá, Colombia.
Tanja Bacher (3s) and Francisca Arbizu Echávarri implemented the three day seminar with high-ranking participants from politics, business and education.
