VALOR, the Erasmus+ platform for dissemination and exploitation of project results, has awarded the labels of ‘success story’ and ‘good practice example’ to the ECVAET project. 3s participated as core partner in the project.
The ECVAET1 project (2011-2013) aimed at stimulating a process of mutual accreditation of the different qualifications in the event industry. An important basis for such a process is the creation of transparency in the area of relevant qualifications.
In line with the Vocational Qualification Transfer System (VQTS) principles, two competence matrices were developed to underline the learning outcomes in the field. These matrices serve as basis for the comparison of qualifications and facilitate cross-border mobility of trainees and workers.
3s research laboratory was in charge of coordinating the development of theses matrices. The VALOR platform awards the label of ‘success story’ to projects, which have distinguished themselves by their impact, contribution to policy-making, innovative results or creative approach.
‘Good practice example’ labels are awarded to projects that have been particularly well managed and can be a source of inspiration for others.
