Cedefop workshop on the quality assurance of certification in IVET – documentation online
A Cedefop expert workshop on March 26 and 27 addressed the different mechanisms that ensure the quality of certification processes in initial vocational education and training (IVET) so that a qualification can be credible and trusted by everyone.

A Cedefop expert workshop on March 26 and 27 addressed the different mechanisms that ensure the quality of certification processes in initial vocational education and training (IVET) so that a qualification can be credible and trusted by everyone.
The documentation of the workshop, including contributions of 3s experts, is now online. This workshop is closely linked to an ongoing study titled ‘Quality assurance of certification in vocational education and training’ [link] which 3s is currently undertaking (in cooperation with ARQA-VET [link, German] on behalf of Cedefop.
3s experts Karin Luomi-Messerer, Mariya Dzhengozova and Monika Auzinger actively contributed to the workshop. Janine Wulz is also member of the 3s research team.
