The Q-KULT project (supported by the European Commission, lasting from Oct. 2013 to March 2016), with 3s as core partner, has come to an end.
The project focused on the topic quality and school culture in vocational schools with the objective to make quality culture visible as a key factor in the sustainable implementation and institutionalization of quality management systems. For this purpose, suitable instruments were developed in order to make quality culture comprehensible. Central to the project was the development and testing of a diagnostic instrument for identifying school quality culture.
The 5th and final newsletter comprises information on the final Q-KULT conference that was held on 2./3. of March 2016 in Bremen (Germany). It also summarises the most important project results like the Q-KULT online tool ‘OCAI‘ (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument: http://www.q-kult.eu/instrument ) that is available in four languages (German, English, Danish, Dutch).
