The article discusses simulator-based training and the study is cited as follows: "A study by Tanja Bacher also points to the problem that learning objectives that are not defined in advance and an unstructured learning cycle in simulator training may cause drivers to perceive simulator training more as a game rather than training. In addition, an analysis of the lessons learned after the simulator training is important, so that acquired learning outcomes can be better transferred into practice."
