3s is a partner in the ‘Transforming European Women´s Entrepreneurship’ project, aiming to increase the number of female entrepreneurs and their performance potential through adult learning.
Within the project 3s staff will participate in secondments at partner institutions. In October and November 2015 Janine Wulz from 3s worked at the Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena, Germany, together with researchers from Chile, Colombia and Germany. During this staff exchange, theoretical approaches towards women entrepreneurship were developed and a survey on women entrepreneurs in Ireland and Germany was conducted.
3s main tasks were concentrated on dissemination activities including social media activities and the production of a podcast.
