The mutual learning workshops took place between 6th and 8th of November in Bucharest, Romania.
It was organised by the European Commission in cooperation with ICF. The aim of the workshop was to encourage the development of an action plan for implementing upskilling pathways for low-qualified and/or low skilled adults in EU.
The participants included delegations from 7 countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania and Spain) with representatives from national ministries, employers’ organisations, trade unions, training providers as well as social researchers.
Mariya Dzhengozova (3s) was a country expert for the Bulgarian delegation.
