During the project online research, telephone interviews, analyses and comparison of the online matching services of European PES was conducted, with special focus on the occupational and skills thesauri in use.
The project delivered an overview on existing strategies and a detailed description of five selected good practice approaches (Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands) regarding the usage of skills and competences for matching, the classifications and technical solutions in use, the services offered, the data collection, counseling and placement strategies etc.
