Continuous Vocational Training for older employees in SME and development of local support structures (Ageing and qualification)

Goal of the project, led by the Erziehungswissenschaftlichen Fakultät/Universität Erfurt was to develop instruments to foster the participation of older employees in Continuous Vocational Training.

After reviewing the status of the participation of older employees, the development of self assessment instruments for enterprises supported them to ensure the integration of older employees in the activities in CVT. The implementation of instruments was supported by building regional networks between enterprises, social partners, and research institutes.
