Inivitation to the Online-Event „Examples of the implementation of the Global Sustainability Goals (SDGs) in Austrian Vocational Education and Training (VET)“ on 12. January 2021
On 12 January 2021, 3s (Tanja Bacher and Sabine Schwenk) and invited experts will present approaches and examples of the Austrian implementation of Education for Sustainable Development in the field of VET as part of the Erasmus+ project “EXPECT – Exchange of Practices in Education for Climate Targets”. Interested parties are cordially invited to attend this English-language event between 09:30 and 13:00. You will find the registration link at the end of this newsline.
As part of the EXPECT project, seven European countries (NL, AT, IT, ES, UK, LV, FI) have come together to exchange on new education and training pathways for implementing the European Commission’s climate targets and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in VET.
The EXPECT project consortium will use peer learning activities to examine the status quo of VET in the seven partner countries, the progress they are making towards the climate goals, the role that VET plays in this process and the strategies and tools that are being implemented in each country.
