This study aims at providing an overview of financial and non-financial incentives to encourage provision of and participation in education and training by systematically collecting information on such incentives throughout the EU and the UK.
The project has two key aims:
- Providing an overview on incentives for taking up adult education and training (year of reference: 2020) targeting individuals and enterprises across the EU28, thereby providing the information required for updating CEDEFOP’s corresponding data base.
- Achieving a comprehensive information base on financial and non-financial incentives and support measures aiming at increasing the take-up of training targeting Micro, Small and Medium Seized Enterprises (MSME) and developing new typologies and approaches for assessing the effectiveness of support schemes or combinations of instruments in increasing training performance of MSME.
Countries covered: all EU member states (including UK).
3s coordinates the project in cooperation with Visionary Analytics as consortium partner, IKEI as subcontractor and a network of country researchers across EU member states (including UK).
