Multiple framework contract for evaluation, impact assessment and related activities in areas of competence of DG EAC and including education and training, youth, sport and culture, research and innovation

The multiple framework contract (FWC) aims to assist the Commission in implementing evaluations, impact assessments and related activities in line with methods and tools specified in the Better Regulation Guidelines and its Toolbox. Assignments falling within the scope of this FWC will have the purpose to support policies, programmes and legislation through:
- Impact assessments for their design and preparation;
- evaluations to assess their effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value;
- monitoring their implementation;
- related studies or services in areas of competence of DG EAC and including education and training, culture, youth, sport, research and innovation.
The FWC is coordinated by Kantar Public (BE) with Ramboll, Rand and 3s as consortium partners.
