3s Consulting Ltd. was commissioned with an evaluation study on the effects of § 124b UG 2002 by the Austrian Ministry for Science and Research.
Through this paragraph Austrian Universities were empowered for the period 2005 to 2007 to invent entrance restrictions for assigned study programs, that have a high demand of German students, because of the Numerus clausus. After a first evaluation study on this paragraph the period was extended for two more years. With the executed study this observation period was evaluated, also in comparison to the first evaluation study.
