Supported by 3s, the instutions based in the Albert Schweitzer House were developing a common mission statement.
This was done in the form of bottom-up and integrative approach. Visitors, users and partners were asked to participate and contribute in discussions, interviews and workshops, thereby reflecting on the work of the institutions as well as on the goals and responsibilites of the Albert Schweitzer House. Through this approach, a common self-concept was developed.
