This report, published in March, provides an overview of countries’ policy development and implementation in the area of vocational education and training, between 2010 (when the Bruges Communiqué was agreed on) and 2014. The report is based on the contributions of national ReferNet partners, who regularly provide reports on policy development and implementation in vocational education and training from their respective countries.

3s is – along with other Austrian institutions – a member of ReferNet Austria, whose responsibilities include, among others, the following: creating transparency and synergies in vocational training research, disseminating information and research results, maintaining the ReferNet Austria website, as well as providing advisory services to Cedefop.
