3s continues its suppport of the European Commission in developing ESCO (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations) in 2015
On behalf of the European Commission (Directorate General for Education and Culture) 3s will continue its work on the development of the one and only existing multilingual taxonomy that combines skills/competences with professions and qualifications at European level.

In close cooperation with ESCO’s „Cross-Sectoral Reference Group“ 3s completely updated the version of transversal competences that was published in October 2013 as part of ESCO V.0. Within the next months the objective will be to refine those competences with the involvement of all currently active sectoral reference groups.
