This publication analyses 19 Member State initiatives (including Austria and Germany) which aim to set out competence requirements for trainers in adult learning and continuing training.
The analysis, which also covers validation of non-formal and informal learning, forms the basis of a proposed emerging competence profile for trainers. Experts from 3s (subcontracted by GHK) have contributed to this study by providing input to country cases and to the emerging competence profile for continuing training.
