This website provides detailed information on ECVET and is targeted at teachers at vocational schools, trainers in apprenticeship training and institutions involved in the organisation of student mobilities.
The ECVET Guidelines, which provide detailed information on the implementation of ECVET in transnational mobility, as well as the most important forms required, can be downloaded from this website.
ECVET, the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training, provides vocational schools and training companies with a set of tools which are designed to facilitate the organisation and implementation of transnational mobility, and the validation and recognition of learning outcomes. ECVET should allow to integrate the training abroad perfectly into the training in the home country.
On behalf of BMUKK, 3s (Karin Luomi-Messerer), together with ibw (Sabine Tritscher-Archan), was actively involved in the production of the ECVET Guidelines and the conceptual design of the website. Selected website contents (e.g. the ECVET Guidelines) are also available in English.
